endlessbillboard

ONE BILLBOARD. CLEAR RULES.

The purchase

A checkout buys one reviewed billboard placement at the accepted USD offer. Once approved, the ad remains live until a later approved takeover replaces it. The daily operating window applies to new purchases, not the incumbent ad's display. Every approved ad also receives a permanent archive entry while its content remains policy-compliant.

The optional shield

At checkout you may add a 30-minute takeover shield for 25% of your ad offer. The shield begins when the ad is approved and published, and no takeover can replace it during that period. The shield fee is included in your Stripe charge but does not set the next minimum; only the ad offer does.

Daily price and takeovers

Each UTC day opens with a $10 USD minimum, even when yesterday's ad is still live. After an approved takeover that day, the next minimum is the accepted offer plus 20%, rounded up to whole USD. A higher voluntary offer becomes the amount the next buyer must beat by 20%. Midnight resets the minimum to $10 but never removes the current ad.

Your responsibilities

You must be able to enter a binding agreement, provide accurate details, own or license the submitted content, maintain a safe and truthful destination, and follow the Ad Policy and applicable law. You grant endlessbillboard the rights needed to review, display, resize, preserve, and promote the submitted ad as part of the service and archive.

Payments, review, and refunds

Offers and service records use US dollars. Stripe may present and charge the converted equivalent in the buyer's local currency. A paid submission remains pending until review. Rejected, stale, or mismatched purchases are handled under the Refund Policy. Taxes, currency-conversion charges, or card-provider charges may apply based on location and provider rules.

Availability and enforcement

We may pause purchases, remove unsafe content, preserve audit records, and change future pricing or service features. We do not guarantee audience size, clicks, sales, ranking, or uninterrupted availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
