Full automatic refunds
A paid submission is refunded in full if it is rejected during review, if the billboard changes before the submission can be published, or if payment verification does not match the quoted purchase.
After publication
Once an approved ad has gone live and received its guaranteed placement, the purchase is generally final except where required by law or where we failed to provide the purchased service.
Timing
Refunds are submitted to the original payment method through Stripe. Banks and card issuers control when the credit appears, which commonly takes several business days. Keep the Stripe receipt and checkout status page as your payment reference.
