Information we handle

We store the owner name, destination, image, alternative text, purchase amount, payment references, review outcome, and the email Stripe returns with a completed checkout. For first-party audience analytics, we record the visited page, a hashed random browser identifier, device and browser family, referrer domain, and coarse country, region, and city information supplied by our host. We do not retain IP addresses for this visitor counter. We also process limited security logs and pseudonymous voting identifiers.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes card details; endlessbillboard does not receive or store full card numbers. Vercel hosts the application and private media, while Neon hosts the application database. Each provider processes information under its own security and privacy obligations.

Public archive

Approved owner names, images, destinations, accepted prices, timestamps, and vote totals are public and intended to remain in the permanent archive. Do not submit personal information that should not be public.

Use, retention, and requests

Information is used to process payments, review and publish ads, prevent abuse, issue refunds, maintain records, and operate the archive. Financial and audit records are retained as required for legal, tax, fraud, and dispute purposes. For an access, correction, or deletion request, use the operator contact shown on your Stripe receipt; public archive records may be retained where the service promise or law requires it.
